Giving Students Plant-Based Dining Options
Goals of the Campaign:
- Work with
Food Services to institute consistent and specific ingredient
labeling system
- Work with Food Services to
provide students with at least one plant-based (vegan) entree
at every dining hall for every
meal
- Build a coalition of students concerned about the
dorm food available because of religious, ethical, dietary,
or allergy
reasons
- Educate student body about benefits of vegan
diet and the importance of providing real food choices for
everyone

BRUNCH
